A simple way to make bar-quality cocktails that will last for several weeks in the fridge. All you do is fill the bottle with plain vodka or gin. Gently shake the bottle to activate the infusion and refrigerate for 6–8 hours.

When ready, simply pour a measure or two (to your preference) into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cranberry juice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Serve and enjoy.
